Gate Card Update

We’re excited to announce the arrival of the new AMA gate cards. Obtaining your new cards is easy!

To begin, we’ll need to gather your current information.

The links below will take you to either a current storage agreement or contact information form, depending on your relationship with us. City tenants, we are taking this opportunity to update our storage agreements with you and will collect those when we collect your current cards. If you have any questions on the new agreement, let us know!

Step 2: Choose an exchange method.

• Mail it to me, please.
  Great! Send in your completed storage agreement or condo/other tenant application along with the current cards you have. We’ll mail you replacement cards within a week. While the cards are in transit, you can use the key pad for entrance at the southernmost gate, A-6, located between B & C hangars. 
• I’d rather exchange mine in person.
  That works, too! Click the link below to sign up for a time that works best with your schedule then bring your card(s) to exchange old for new. Due to COVID, we are accepting exchanges by appointment only and have added evening and weekend times to help.
  In order to stay compliant with current mandates, drop-in is not allowed since our office remains closed until we reach Phase 3. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and social distancing and masks will be required.

Please note, in order to receive cards, forms must be complete, including signatures, and cards must be present to exchange without a fee. 

If you have questions on the forms, we’re happy to help, and if you no longer have cards in your possession, you may purchase cards for $25 each.

Other Important Reminders:

• Gate card readers will be updated Aug 12th& 13th. After that time, current gate cards will no longer allow access to the airport.
• Additional cards may be purchased for $25. Checks or credit cards, only, please.
• Only cards that accompany complete forms will be exchanged. Thank you in advance for helping make this a smooth and easy transition!
